Well I lied about the last post coming soon but I do have a bunch of material I want to cover. School is done and I now have time to play some poker I just really haven't had the right mindset to play. I will make this post brief and elaborate in a future post.
Party Poker continues to offer huge sums of free money to play and this is gonna be round #3 with party poker. I hope I am wiser and I will do whatever it takes to make sure I add to the profit that I have already accumulated there. Tonight though was about tournaments. Many people have never placed high in the money and almost everyone I know has not made it to the final table in 2-3 different types of poker. Tonight I managed to do both.

The 3:30 is the NLH freeroll with just under 2100 people being entered. I manged to finish 7th which is a personal best for that many people. I have won quite a few freerolls but never with over 1000 people.
The 5:00 was the $1 limit O8b. I got horrifically rivered when it was down to 3 and fought my way back from 3000 chips when the blinds were 1/2000 just to get rivered again to finish 3rd. It is a great result for limit poker which I dislike but I am still disapointed because with one break my way I coulda easily won it.
I have now won/monied in the following disciplines of poker in money tournaments:
NLH holdem (Won)
Limit Holdem (Placed)
Pot Limit Holdem(Won)
Pot Limit O8b (Won)
Limit O8b (Placed several times)
7stud (Placed)
Not a bad result for a nights work and with party poker, I have to play an assload of raked hands this week so that is what I will be doing. Somehow I doubt there is any readers left but ya never know :). Till next time.
